סייבר סקול בע”מ (ח.פ: 515082329): מספקת הכשרות מקצועיות פרונטליות (פיזיות) בתחומי הסייבר, הטכנולוגיה והתכנות.
עמותת סייבר דאנס (ע”ר: 580744480): מפעילה את פלטפורמת התוכן המקוונת, מספקת קורסים בדיגיטל ומשמשת כזירה לשיווק תכנים של גופים חיצוניים.
המשתמש/הסטודנט: כל אדם הנרשם לקורס, משתמש באתר או צורך תכנים של הארגונים.

2. מדיניות ביטולים והחזרים כספיים

אנו מאמינים בשקיפות ומאפשרים תקופת ניסיון בתחילת הלימודים. להלן תנאי הביטול עבור הקורסים:

מועד הביטול	גובה ההחזר הכספי
לאחר המפגש הראשון (שיעור ניסיון)	החזר כספי מלא (100%)
לאחר המפגש השני	החזר כספי בגובה 60% מעלות הקורס
לאחר המפגש השלישי ואילך	לא יינתן החזר כספי

הערה: בקשת ביטול יש להגיש בכתב למשרדי החברה או באמצעות דוא”ל/וואטסאפ המופיעים בפרטי ההתקשרות.

3. פורמט הלימודים ואספקת שירות

קורסים פרונטליים: מתקיימים במרכזים השונים (קריית שמונה, רעננה, נתניה וכו’) בהתאם ללו”ז שנקבע מראש.
קורסים מקוונים: מועברים באמצעות פלטפורמת למידה דיגיטלית. הגישה לתכנים מותנית בחיבור תקין לאינטרנט באחריות המשתמש.
תכני צד ג’: תכנים המפורסמים על ידי גופים חיצוניים בפלטפורמה הם באחריותם הבלעדית של אותם גופים.

4. מדיניות פרטיות והגנת נתונים

אנו מכבדים את פרטיותכם ומחויבים להגן על המידע האישי שלכם.

איסוף מידע: בעת ההרשמה נאסף מידע הכולל שם, דוא”ל, מספר טלפון ופרטי תשלום. כמו כן, האתר משתמש ב-Cookies לצורך שיפור חוויית המשתמש וניתוח סטטיסטי.
שימוש במידע: המידע משמש לניהול הלימודים, מתן תמיכה טכנית, שיפור השירותים ושליחת עדכונים או תוכן פרסומי (בכפוף להסכמתכם).

חל איסור מוחלט להקליט, להעתיק, להפיץ או למכור את תכני הקורס ללא אישור מפורש בכתב.
השימוש בחומרים הוא לצרכי למידה אישית בלבד.

6. אתיקה, משמעת ואחריות

שימוש לרעה בידע: תחום הסייבר דורש אחריות מוסרית גבוהה. הסטודנט מתחייב להשתמש בידע הנרכש למטרות חוקיות ואתיות בלבד (“White Hat”).
סנקציות: שימוש בידע למטרות פליליות, פריצה לא מורשית או פגיעה בצדדים שלישיים יוביל להרחקה מיידית מהלימודים ללא החזר כספי, ודיווח לרשויות במידת הצורך.
הגבלת אחריות: הארגון אינו אחראי לכל נזק שייגרם כתוצאה משימוש לא נכון או לא חוקי בידע שנלמד בקורסים.

7. סמכות שיפוט ודין חל על

על תקנון זה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד. כל מחלוקת משפטית הקשורה לשימוש באתר או בקורסים תתברר בבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז צפון.

The User/Student: Any individual registering for a course, accessing the website, or consuming content provided by the organizations.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a flexible trial period to ensure our courses meet your expectations. The following refund schedule applies to all enrollments:

Online Courses: Delivered via our virtual learning platform. Access is subject to a stable internet connection, which is the responsibility of the student.
Third-Party Content: Courses or materials provided by external entities on our platform are the sole responsibility of those providers.

4. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining your privacy.

Data Collection: We collect personal details such as name, email address, phone number, and payment information during registration. Our website uses Cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic.

Limitation of Liability: The organizations shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the student’s misuse of the tools or techniques taught during the courses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the website or participation in courses shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
