1. מבוא והגדרות

סייבר סקול בע”מ (ח.פ: 515082329) מספקת הכשרות פרונטליות בתחום הסייבר והטכנולוגיה.
עמותת סייבר דאנס (ע”ר: 580744480) מספקת פלטפורמת תוכן מקוונת להכשרות אלו. הפלטפורמה גם מאפשרת לגופים חיצוניים לשווק קורסים ותכנים מוקלטים, שאינם באחריות עמותת סייבר דאנס.

2. תנאי ביטול והחזר כספי

לאחר המפגש הראשון (שיעור ניסיון): החזר מלא של עלות הקורס.
לאחר המפגש השני: החזר של 60% מעלות הקורס.
לאחר המפגש השלישי: אין אפשרות לביטול ואין החזר כספי.

3. מדיניות פרטיות ושימוש בנתונים

איסוף מידע אישי: אנו אוספים מידע כמו שם, כתובת דוא”ל ופרטי התקשרות לצורך ניהול הרשמות ושיפור השירותים.
שימוש במידע: המידע משמש לתקשורת עם הלקוחות, שיפור השירותים, ושליחת מידע פרסומי.
שיתוף מידע: לא נעביר מידע לצדדים שלישיים ללא הסכמה, אלא אם נדרש על פי חוק.
הגנה על מידע: אנו משתמשים באמצעים פיזיים ודיגיטליים להגנת המידע.

4. זכויות קניין רוחני

כל התכנים הנלמדים בקורסים הם בבעלות בלעדית של סייבר סקול ועמותת סייבר דאנס. חל איסור על העברה או פרסום התכנים ללא אישור בכתב.

5. אתיקה ומשמעת

שימוש הולם בידע: התלמידים מחויבים להשתמש בידע שרכשו למטרות חיוביות וחוקיות בלבד. הפרת כללי האתיקה עלולה להוביל להרחקה מהקורס ודיווח לרשויות.

6. סמכות שיפוט

כל סכסוך יתברר בבית המשפט המוסמך במחוז תל-אביב בלבד.

2. Course Enrollment and Cancellations

Enrollment Process:

Enrollment is completed upon filling out the registration form and payment of the course fee. The course structure, schedule, and additional details are provided upon registration.

Cancellation Policy:

First Meeting: Considered a trial; full refund upon cancellation.
Second Meeting: 60% refund of the course fee upon cancellation.
Third Meeting and Beyond: No refund available.

Example: If a student enrolls in a Python programming course and attends the first session but decides it’s not suitable, they can cancel and receive a full refund. If they attend two sessions and then choose to cancel, they will be refunded 60% of the total course fee. After the third session, no refund will be granted.

Online Courses: Delivered via a virtual classroom platform, with support for live interaction and recorded sessions for review.

Example: A student enrolled in the “AI for Kids” course can attend classes from home through our online platform. If technical issues arise, our support team is available to assist, although we rely on third-party providers for the platform’s functionality.

4. Privacy Policy
